  • Can the driver speak Chinese?

    The drivers are all Chinese living in Japan, so there is no problem communicating in Chinese.

  • How can I contact the driver after placing an order?

    We will create a LINE group with the driver 1~3 days before the trip to facilitate communication when getting on and off the bus. Please provide the correct LINE ID (not name) when placing an order.

  • Are all vehicles green license plates?

    Our vehicles are all green-licensed vehicles for legal business use.

  • What car models are there? How many people can they seat and how much luggage can they hold?

    There are currently three models, Alfa, Granace, and Hiace.

  • What is included in the fee?

  • Are there child seats available?

    We have a limited number of child seats and they will be arranged in the order in which guests reserve them. We will not be able to provide them once they are fully reserved.

  • How to calculate the charter time?

    The calculation is based on the time from when the passenger gets on the bus to when they get off the bus, a total of 10 hours.

  • How is overtime charge calculated?

    Delay fee: 3,000 yen per 30 minutes, including delays caused by flight delays.

  • Can I get a refund if I don’t use the car for the full number of hours per day?

    If the vehicle is used for less than 10 hours, the original quotation will be calculated and no refund will be given.

    It depends on the vehicle dispatch situation and cannot be guaranteed to be adjusted.

  • Can I eat on the bus?

    Basically, eating and drinking are not prohibited, but if you spill a drink or vomit, etc. and the car needs to be cleaned, you will need to pay a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen.

  • Are there any guided tour services?

    The chartered car service does not provide accompaniment. If the driver is not a professional tour guide and needs to be accompanied, he will assist in Japanese translation. In addition, normally, the driver will try to stay in the car and there will be no parking fees. If the driver gets off the car and accompanies the guests on the itinerary, there will be parking fees or ticket fees that need to be calculated separately. If you need an escort service, an additional fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
