Precautions

【Reservation and Payment Instructions】

  • Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit of the total trip amount is required upon booking (online credit card payment). Once the deposit is paid, the vehicle and trip will be reserved.
  • Full payment: If you choose to pay the full amount by card in one go, an additional 5% platform handling fee will be charged.
  • Prices and exchange rates: All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). The actual exchange rate is subject to the issuing bank.


[Cancel/Change Policy]

  • Itinerary changed:

One free change is allowed if the trip is made more than one month in advance.

*Dates and pick-up times cannot be changed on the same day or the day before. No changes will be accepted.

*Changes are subject to the availability of drivers and vehicles. If adjustments cannot be made, the original booking will be followed.


  • Transaction fee:

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 14 days or more before the trip.

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the trip.

Full refund is available if your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon (provided proof).


【Itinerary Scope Rules】

Activities are limited to the designated area only; additional pricing applies for activities outside the designated area.

*Kyoto City wards and surrounding areas not included: Kifune, Sanzenin, Amanohashidate, Ine, Miyama, Nara, Uji, Himeji, Awaji, Lake Biwa, Osaka, Kobe

*The Amanohashidate and Ine areas do not include: Kyoto city proper, Himeji, Awaji, Lake Biwa, Osaka, and Kobe.

*Nara city area excludes: Yoshinoyama, Osaka, Kobe, Uji, and Kyoto.

*Kobe city area excludes: Arima Onsen, Mitsui Outlet, Himeji, Awaji, Lake Biwa, Osaka, and Kyoto.

*Osaka city area not included: Katsuoji, Minoo, Rinku Castle, and Lalaport.

*Wakayama Range not included: Shirahama, Kumano

My Son area may be closed due to heavy snow in winter. If entry is blocked due to weather conditions, alternative itineraries can be arranged, but refunds will not be available.


【Vehicle Usage Instructions】

■Vehicle service hours:

Osaka city area (excluding Osaka Prefecture): 10 hours from 7:00 to 21:00

Outside Osaka city center: 10 hours from 8:00 to 21:00

※The ten-hour period starts from the pick-up time of the order. If you are late due to personal reasons, the end time of the charter will not be extended.

※No refunds will be given for usage less than 10 hours.

※The company reserves the right to refuse service outside of vehicle service hours.

*If the ride exceeds 9:00 PM, an additional night fee of 5,000 yen and overtime fee will be charged.


■If you need to add areas to your itinerary or change the timing, please contact our official LINE customer service. Customer service hours: 10:00-18:00 Japan time.

■Our company strictly prohibits drivers from adding passengers' contact information or negotiating prices privately. If you encounter such a situation, please refuse immediately and report it to LINE's official customer service.

■ The quoted price includes: driver/vehicle usage fee/fuel fee/highway toll/driver's meals/basic passenger insurance.

■ The price does not include: parking fees/entrance fees/nighttime surcharges/personal expenses/overtime fees.

■ Parking Fee Information: Drivers will generally remain in place, but will try to choose the lowest-priced parking lots if parking is required.

※If you encounter a tourist attraction where temporary parking is not available and you need to enter a parking lot, a parking fee will be charged.

*Except for Coaster, because medium-sized vehicles cannot stop temporarily and parking fees will definitely be incurred.


■ Delay fee:

The charter period is ten hours. If it exceeds ten hours, it will be divided into 30-minute increments.

The price for Alfa/Granace/Hiace models is 3,000 yen per 30 minutes.

A 14-seater Hiace/Coaster model costs 4,000 yen per 30 minutes.

■Important Notes:

Even if the delay is caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic congestion, it will still be counted as a delay and charged accordingly.

Passengers are advised to consider the time when planning their trips to avoid incurring additional costs.


■ Airport pick-up: 60 minutes free waiting time after the scheduled time; a delay fee will be charged for any time exceeding this time.

※Payment is still required for flight delays. Flight delays are the responsibility of the airline. If there are any losses, please seek compensation from the airline.

※If the driver has follow-up appointments and cannot wait, the deposit will not be refunded.

※Airport transfers are point-to-point with no stops along the way.


■ Airport transfer in the city: A late fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for those who do not board on time.

If the driver has other commitments and cannot wait, the deposit will not be refunded.


■General pick-up and drop-off: A late fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for those who do not board on time.

If the driver has other commitments and cannot wait, the deposit will not be refunded.

※Point-to-point service with no stops along the way.



■ Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for situations such as spilled drinks or vomiting.

■ Driver accompaniment: 10,000 yen, plus entrance fees and other charges.

■Vehicle Arrangement: Our company will arrange vehicles according to orders. If the original vehicle model cannot be provided due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances, we will be notified.

We will offer equivalent or upgraded models without prior notice.

■ We do not provide: restaurant, accommodation, or ticket booking services.

■ Baggage quantity: If the passenger's baggage exceeds the reserved quantity, the company reserves the right to refuse service.
